NCNS and Last Minute Cancellations

Last minute cancellations have been happening more than ever lately and I'm going to have to start being stricter on my cancellation fees. Unfortunately this is not something I want to do, however, I do have to make sure that I have enough income coming in for my monthly budget and bills. So, from here on out if you NCNS there will be a $50 charge and if you have to cancel and give less than a two hour notice there will be a $25 fee. I hope that I never have to use this.

Hugs and Kisses,
Emmie
How frustrating; sorry to hear Emmie this is happening more frequently.

Personally, I have never done either, i.e. NCNS/last minute cancel....I'm not part of the problem.

Curious to know how you collect these newly implemented fee's?

Marte I know that you are always very reliable and dependable. I also have never done either of these as well. I would be requesting either cash or prepaid credit cards. It is very frustrating especially when you block off a couple hours of time to have someone either not call or call a half hour before to cancel. I think that's why I can totally relate to the guys when girls do this to them as well. I find it unacceptable on both sides. Like I said I hope to never have to use this but I think that it's important for both sides to respect each others time.
It may be easier to collect the fee if/when they decide to reschedule with you. Add that fee onto the donation amount. Most guys want to stay on the good side of ladies and will agree to pay it to make things good between the two of you. It's just good business practice and most of us working adults are capable of that.
Good for you and Sorry to hear that honey....On alot of occasions when I have had to cancel due to my job (not with you) but I will take a small donation by and give it to the provider before the appt ever takes place...especially if I wont be able to see her anytime soon or in a touring girls case while she is here.
Most will say it dumb but I prefer to carry a good rep to my appts. and realize its your living to make.

Too bad that you have to do this Emmie, but I don't blame you one bit. Time is valuable, and everybody's time needs to be respected.
Ugh huh.
Sorry this is happening to you Emmie but glad you posted. It is a 2-way street and yes it sucks! If legitimate, yes there should be a fee associated with it and paid on the ensuing visit. It would be nice if the same value were deducted from the ensuing visit should the provider NCNS or LMC (last minute cancel). And for the professional people here, it happens that way. I hope these guys are making good with apologies and rebooking.

Perhaps the providers can share in their 'private lounge' a list of phone numbers that NCNS or LMC and be more equipped when screening?

Cancellation policies are a part of the service world we live in (hotel, etc) so this is nothing new.

I understand life happens but it doesn't mean we can't play fair.

Completely understand the policy.

But I wonder, if you have to cancel with less than two hours notice will there be a $25 discount?

I've never seen Emmie and I'm not slamming her as I have never heard complaints about her no-showing or doing last minute cancels.

I'm more curious if providers who have this policy also reciprocate.
