What exactly does it mean??

When a Gentlemen has his account Guested, what exactly does it mean?

If a Gentlemen wants to see you, and he said his old handle was transferred to a guested account, can you explain what that does to old account, and how can we screen?

An account is guested usually when someone either needs a name change for security reasons or leaves the board. The account is disabled and can't be used and his/her old name is now open for anyone to take. The profile remains and all posts are under "Guest######". The number is the date the account was guested. Guest082213 is someone who was guested today. Guest082213-2 is the second guested person today, and so on.

Accounts can be temporarily disabled if the user intends to come back and wants to keep that name/account, but the name remains and the account is enabled when they return.

If he has a guested account he's referencing with no current new name/account I'd be leery. Anyone could claim ownership of that account and you'd never know. He could be the person he says he is but verify him using other methods to be safe.
