I dont think Locas is considered cheap because of the $50 VIP charge.

No upcharge for where I was at upstairs. Tgis was dayshift, very slow. Excellent service

$50??? Last couple of times I've been there the VIP room was $150 where u have all the fun. The layout for normal dances was pretty open
