There is a Baylor and a Texas A&M college of dentistry where you can get HUGE reductions in cost for many services. Biggest problem is the wait

restorative (fillings/caps/crowns), repairs (replacement teeth), dentures/bridges, ???
letting us know the kind of svc you are looking for might help in your search.

also, if you are looking to barter, i seriously doubt any reputable dentist would consider that.
