Dumb question

Given the new policy - can we put images up from our private collections - assuming they meet the standards? Seems in the past we needed a providers permission to use their photo unless it came off their showcase or other website.

Personally I think it's just a common courtesy aspect to make sure that the provider is okay with it to begin with. I let clients take pictures of me all the time doesn't mean that I want those pictures posted publicly. Same for my videos I let men take videos but the only videos I post publicly I specifically wear a mask.

And depending on who actually took the photos there might be a legal standpoint on the subject as far as intellectual property goes.

IMO... just ask the girl first.. no sense in being "that guy"... some providers might actively avoid you if they feel their privacy is at risk.

Can I post photos of Tight End girls?

They are not nude and all the strategic areas are covered.
