Info in reviews....

I just wanted to get the take from both guys and gals about certain info that goes into reviews. Maybe even get a lawyer or a few lawyer wannabes to chime in as well.

I've heard through the grapevine that someone with a legal background has stated that we put ourselves at some risk when mentioning a donation amount in our reviews. This risk is both to the guys as well as the providers. The theory is that it is "proof" of some sort of quid pro quo for services. What does everyone else think? Should reviews even mention the donation? I'm just curious to see what others think.

I would prefer no rate amount and no acronyms. I prefer no rate amount for another reason. Guys seem to zero in on the review when you had a 250 special 4 months ago.. Oh thats not your rate? Well thats all I brought.. I saw it in a review.. Its not illegal to charge a rate for time, be an escort. I think the acronyms are worse.. I have to have the mods edit my reviews with my rates.. add- it was a special or really it was a 30 minute rate/session and posted 1 hr.

There is contact info listed, my website has all the info needed about rates. Ask me.

In due time I will go to a no review policy.

It doesn't really matter what I put in a review because it's just for amusement and fantasy. None of it's real. I even disclaim that on all my posts. Gosh people actually believe this stuff is real. lol

What does it matter what you amount you put into the review . . . You are only paying for her time.

If you really want to get down to the letter of the law, the fact is that you could get in legal trouble for even being a member of this board or any similar boards.

A friend once told me that his attorney had advised him to stay off ASPD because if it was found out and disclosed in court, it would amount to, as the lawyer put it, "Deviant Behavior".

Personally, I think that is all a load of bullshit, or I would not be here, but in point of fact, the law on the books does forbid the things we do here.

I think that the more you have to lose then the more concerned and cautious you need to be. I think that it more about leverage than anything else. What can they use against you and anything you put here can definitely be used against you if push came to shove....

Thank you Lynn, but lets try to stick to the OP topic. This is an important subject worthy of general advice to the guys.

Well, I know here in Canada it doesn't matter what you say in your reviews really. There is vice all over the boards in Canada but they don't do much. They're just after common bawty houses mostly which is why "incall" should be very discreet.
I think your safest bet is to keep your review discreet and talk around what you did if you want to be on the safe side. Or simply give a recommendation without a review.

The last I heard (someone chime in with new news) but several VIP clients of this agency who were arrested for "patronizing" were also charged with the felony of promotion (in this case interpreted as support) of a criminal activity - because they posted reviews on TER. And it's pending before the AZ Supreme Court.

The DC Madam case: She had one charge for every review of her girls (on top of everything else) and she committed suicide.

Some may think "it's all fantasy" - too bad Uncle Sam doesn't. Wonder which opinion counts in court? Actually, it'll be interesting to see the ruling on the Desert Divas case as it will be a new precedent set. (also watch that for charges and rulings on that other AZ case - another precedent setter)

So yeah - basically every review - ones with rates plus the "ROS" - is at least 2 charges - 1 for each.And now they have arrested board owners and charged them (AZ).

Me? 3 years and like 10ish reviews online right now. (2 from you cpalmson, one I was just told about last week). When escorts went down, it took like 4 or 7 (one of those stick lookin numbers). Most I have ever had was 14 over 4 or 5 sites.

All that and reviews are a necessary evil. Both need it to establish their integrity, but realistically; it's time to reevaluate the system.

I prefer to put her advertised rate. This doesn't mean that there was a special rate for prebooking, extended session, or etc.
