legal concerns for motorists

Is an accident, always an accident ? Who decides, and who decides when legal action is required ? Only the county attorney for vehicular homicide, dwi, and such ?

If you happen to get into an accident with a family breadwinner - and they can no longer work - can they sue you for lost income ? Never hear about that.

Of course, ask "The Texas Hammers". They don't just sue for property damage & medical expenses, they include emotional distress, lost wages & a number of others. They never consider it an accident as someone is always to blame. No matter the circumstances the at fault party was "negligent, reckless & inconsiderate of the safety of others".

Unless you have been injured by the negligence of others.
