Las Vegas visit steakhouse

Need a recommendation on a good Vegas steakhouse. There’s a bunch, and they all seem to be rated the same? I read the pros and cons reviews of them and I’m bewildered with a good recommendation or reason. Anyone go with regularity?

First you need to get away from all the restaurants near the strip, on the strip and in the casinos/hotels like the overrated overhyped Golden Steer steakhouse.

On the strip, Delmonico’s at the Venetian is good and has a very good wine list.

Off the strip, Barry’s Downtown Prime is good.

All of that going said, you can get excellent steaks in many US cities. You can get a much wider variety of food in Las Vegas that is hard to find elsewhere.
