New Yorkers think they are important and rule the world....mostly because it is the media and financial center of the US.
The media center idea has been deteriorating for years. Almost every source of media no longer is objective. They have succumbed to the "instant News", required to stay in business.
The financial center raises money for corporations to start and run their businesses. It assists with government financing. Today, 99% of the focus is on "instant" stock news, no longer how business and capital go together.
Does New York rule ?
