What would have been refreshing is after the usual liberal speech about how the cops have it in for young Black Men, the father would have told his Son,......."if you don't stand on the street selling drugs and rousting citizens, if you don't break into houses and businesses to steal, if you don't manhandle old store clerks who asked you to please pay for stuff you take, if you don't habitually break laws that are in place for public good, and if you show some respect to the officials charged with keeping the peace in often volatile inviroments, the odds of you getting harmed are really minuscule".
