Alternate to Craigslist

I talked to two providers since Craigslist shut down the personals. They told me that they were going to use a site called. Doublelist.com
I checked the site out and Pittsburgh is listed as one of it's cities and there are women for men postings. I do not know how legit they are yet. But it might be worth a try.

*edit* I just looked. Seems SO new they cant handle the overload of requests right now.

Looks like the same setup as backpage. I'm not sure if the ads are real yet or just listed to get business going.

Could be good down the road. Ads from girls without the flagging pain of CL.

Well that site seems to be a bust...Only one or two new posts even though they all appear under the current date.

Switter is like Twitter for providers.

Checked out doublelist, and it does indeed appear to be a work in progress, and as noted, can't keep up with demand.

That said, it does appear its being used, and, until I find another place, it looks like the go to spot for now.

I just checked out an old standby Listcrawler and it's blocked all U.S. cities. It won't allow you to gain access to any U.S. city.

I wonder if anyone thought of the repercussions of doing away with these sites?

Just like when certain Ox pills are denied a patient, those patients turn to something worse.
