Every now and then when I type up my respose to an inquiry and hit the send button...

I get a notification that the sender has reached their maximum message quota.

It's sad because they will never know that I attempted to reply.

Tip: Sending a name, email or phone number with your first PM will help with this issue.

Trying to book with short notice !

This happens quite often. That's why I always tell people to send a pm. Follow up with a text including the handle once the pm is sent.
