Man.. a national sub-forum for off-topic discussion would be awesome!
Anything and everything could be discussed.. politics, sports, your favorite tv show, recent news, etc. If we had such a forum I really think it could become one of the higher traffic areas of the site in a short time.

Please, give it a shot and if within 6 months it is full of fail and aids and not getting lots of traffic... close it up and I'll zip it.
