This is really a pet peeve with me especially with this happening with me yesterday. I meet with
A guy that I meet with a few times previously, he asked me about my donations and I informed him of my specials. So this guy stays a whole hour and pops twice knowing that he only paid for a bng. I noticed afterwards that the donation was only for a bng. Now if you guys know what you came for then why allow the session to continue to go on?

You should always check the donation before the guy leaves preferably as soon as he puts it down and then go hide it away. Even with regulars I still ask that it be placed in plain sight.

Yes, indeed and I will start doing this with all of my regulars. Even though a few guys will be a little upset they can even hate it or love it! With all that being said the guy should still inform us of our appointment length, he has been a member too long to not know what a bng is ijs

I have to agree with you on this one but it works both ways. There are so many providers that once the pop happens they want to rush you out despite paying for an hour of time. Its a balancing act.
