Rule for getting credit for reviews...

I thought I read this somewhere but searched and searched and could not find it -
My question is: I know there is a rule saying that one will not get credit (for premium access) for a review of the same provider within a certain time period. What is that time period?

The reason I know the rule is because I read it somewhere but I can't find where.

I remember there being that rule written on ASPD...... but I do not recall seeing such a rule here..... I'm mobile now, but let me do some more searching (unless someone in front of a comp wants to come to my rescue)....... but I don't believe that is a rule in place here.....
