Girls that ask for deposits or payment first.

I really can't stand this. Just looking for other people's experiences really and perhaps some confirmation bias that I'm not the only one that basically thinks it's a red flag.

I have used pretty much all of the apps to find girls willing to provide some sort of "companionship". The range of girls has been from girl next door type to girls who are struggling financially. And then I've been on seeking arrangement. Oddly enough, the last arena I haven't quite jumped into is with the providers listed here and on other sites. Mainly because I live in the 'burbs and I don't feel comfortable doing in calls.

Once thing that's always annoyed me are the girls who have insisted on "deposits" or "payment first" before any kind of a meet. I have been self-admittedly been burned by a few of these, but not for any kind of crazy amount. It's always been some stupid amount like 50, 75, or 100. Sure it sucks to lose 100 for nothing, but it's teaches you a lesson to never do it again.

Most girls I have talked to that ask for a "deposit" seem relatively sketchy, strung out, and just aren't accommodating at all in how they communicate. It's very much a their way or the high way. However, not all of them. Either way, I have also had experiences with women who ask for half of their full rate up front first before they even head to me. And I just say no every time. They get really pissy and I think that just says a lot.

But what really prompted me to write this thread was this. There is a woman I know from a more professional/business oriented encounter(as in not sexual in any way) who I thought was pretty attractive. After our business concluded I waited long enough to allow a buffer of time for my arrangement inquiries to not seem so offputting. I have pursued this for the past couple of years, very casually, and been rejected every time. Until just today.

I send the exact same pitch I've been sending. She gives me a price; there is some confusion because it was for content and she said just before "no pics but meetup?". I clarify and she gives her price. Gotta be honest, it wasn't a price I would be willing to pay but for the sake of seeing where the convo would go, I entertained it, simply because, she said "X$, Y$ deposit". The deposit was basically half of her ridiculous asking amount. I told her I'd do that but no deposits. "No thank you", she says. "Half up front half before you leave?"; "Anything is going to be payment first, sorry".

At that point I basically just tell her I haven't had good experiences paying up front or paying deposits. I also mention to her that she has literally never been open to these suggestions before until now (which leads me to believe she is just trying to earn a quick buck), and because I have no recourse if she decides to ghost I am just being cautious. "Please don't waste anymore time. Thank you". At that point I just gave up.

Now, I get that there is due diligence on a girl's part to ensure her insurance against tire kickers or non-payers. But I just can't imagine any world where it makes sense at all to send any payment at all up front without actually knowing the person for yourself up front in a more personal manner. The more ridiculous the asking price, combined with a "payment first mentality" just screams scam to me.

I am not really looking for commentary on my approach (but feel free to chime in if you like) just wanting to see what people's takes and experiences on the overall subject are.

Its a monkey see, monkey do thing

There isnt much standardization in this market. If one girl sees another girl charging $$$ when the norm is $$, they'll change their rates just because without any regard for why the other was able to have a higher rate.

I have no problem dropping a deposit if a woman is bonafide and offers an experience like no other (they are out there). The average eccie variety girl, though? Absolutely not. They dont respect this thing as the business that it is, but merely a side hustle without regard for reputation or future impact.

I have seen girls demand a deposit where I am hosting (suite) at a site near them.Deposits are meant to cover liabilities. I am covering ALL the overhead, so a deposit makes no sense.
If she no shows, Im eating the room, time, travel AND the deposit

Either you're comfortable doing business or you're not. You are NOT so busy you need clients to give you a promissory note that you'll go through with a session
I never pay a deposit. I have a handful of regulars and if a provider asks to pay a depsit i decline. Most of the time they want the cash and willngive youbthe opportunity.

The only time I have in the past was an instance a provider was driving to me long distance and then I advanced $40 for gas.

like nancy reagan says, "just say no.."

actually it's more complicated than that. if you're dealing with a provider who has a large board presence, a deposit may not be unreasonable, especially for an outcall. the idea is that, say for a Venus Nova or Cendell M, their reputation is practically crucial to their business model. so just because someone is a newb doesn't mean his horrible experience of being ripped off by a well established provider won't end up either in a review or a post in coed. so there's that..

i myself have never paid a deposit but that is mostly because i like the box of chocolates idea of trying unknown gals on loopy sites like List Crawler, and no damn way am i going to give such a gal a deposit in any amount, even just a single worn out wheat penny..

How long can you keep a box of chocolates?
6 to 9 months. Stored under moderate temperatures, most types of boxed chocolates will retain their quality for at least 6 to 9 months, even after they have been opened. It is shorter for chocolates filled with creams and caramels.
I would give Cendell M a deposit only because she has a large board presence and she has a lot to lose. I've personally been fucked out of money a couple of times, I never report it I just move on. In this game you are going to take some losses

Just never give your real name , selfie or show your id and you are fine

Deposits?
Finally someone started a thread on a topic that has never been discussed!
Who here has given a deposit after making an appointment, on the way to meeting had the escort cancel for some unforeseen reason and keep said deposit no refund?

Why would anyone pay a deposit to ANY provider. Why does it matter who she is and what kind of presence she has here. If she keeps your deposit and doesn’t see you what keeps her from lying and saying it’s all you. People always takes the ladies side.
Do you give dealer deposit on vehicle you MIGHT buy. Or a shirt you want. Or dinner ahead of time you want at restaurant. Just doesn’t make sense.

Any other woman? No way

How you going to lump every eccie girl to together? I have an excellent reputation and ALL yes reviews and I get deposits on a daily, never have I canceled or scammed someone and I’d like to think I’m pretty good in the sack, so please I disagree

Thanks and have a nice day

Hence, my qualifier for deposits. Its like making a reservation for dinner
