We need contact info, such as phone, website, or specific address. As much info as possible. Also, that "The Rest of the Story" (ROS) you provided is not sufficient for PA credit.

If you can answer the following, you have written a good ROS ...
• How was the set up of the appointment? By email, phone or text messages?
• Was there a screening process? If so, describe it.
• What was the incall location like? ie: was it clean, messy etc?
• Was the location of the incall in a safe area? Did you feel safe?
• How did the provider appear during the session? Was she into it or seemed to just go through the motions?
• What activities occurred, and in what order did they occur?
• Finally, after the session is over what happened before you left, conversation etc?
