As of September 2022, Donald Trump has been credibly accused of committing at least 55 criminal offenses since he launched his campaign for president in 2015. That total only reflects allegations relating to his time in or running for office and omits, for instance, Trump’s criminal exposure for fraudulent business dealings.
On the other hand, Trump is squarely in the crosshairs of at least three grand jury investigations that have been very active over the last half year:
- the Fulton County, Georgia investigation of election fraud and related offenses;
- a federal grand jury investigation of the January 6 insurrection and events leading up to it;
- and a federal grand jury investigation of Trump’s unlawful possession of government records since leaving office and related offenses. These investigations suggest that Trump’s long run of avoiding accountability may soon be over.
And that's not including the current discussion of STILL Missing documents to the archive and yes, more of those pesky top secret ones are still missing. Apparently the next visit from the FBI will be in NYC at Trump tower, and then Bedminster NJ.
For those who believe that Trump is being a scapegoat for political purposes, what you don't realize is that any US citizen would be in jail for this already, and he and his attorneys are thumbing their noses at the requests instead of just turning over documents; The FBI shouldn't have to request when you have that- you should just return them so as to not face charges once you've been asked to send them. Second- “Choosing not to pursue accountability for fear of political criticism or consequences is itself a deeply political act. ”
And lest we forget that Letitia James is still waiting to get her 250 million and a ban on Trump in NYC. Nothing like a mexican firing squad waiting for you? But to that- I see that this will be a bigger reason Trump does run, so as to try to have a alibi that says it's still the witch hunt (that has caught a lot of witches) and that's why they are after me. wahh awahh wahhh.
Heres what VOX is saying will be his biggest issue and hurdles:

That business of asking to find 11k votes in Georgia and with soooooo many witnesses, and the intimidation, and the leveraging of other GOP members to overturn the fair election in the state- is likely going to be not so good for a few people. Will it result in any incarcerations or will it be another nothing burger? Will it keep someone from be eligible to run for office? Will it reveal all the back door negotiations that the GOP has been accused of doing by the DEMS, but this time they are under oath and will cop to what was actually done and said, or will it be protected speech, and political theater? I"m betting it will be the later- since nothing happens in this country to our banana republic leaders. They just get new banana's, and someone gets a book deal.
What goes good with a nothing burger and Bupkis fries? Nothing!
