I have a newb question about pics

I wanna start adding pics to my reviews and the only info i can find about doing that is by using a computer. Is there a way to use an android smartphone to submit pis?

Not impossible but extremely difficult.

Using the desktop version of the site and a modern browser it's easy. Just remember to remove the exif data, lots of creepy fuckaroonis here.
