Info share/problem clients section.. female mods?

I saw this mentioned in a thread in this forum and I've never seen nor heard of either of these. How do I find out who a female mod is? And how do I access this info share/ problem clients section? I've never seen it.

Contact a female mod. We've had problems with this before in the Panhandle. As a guy mod, I'm not allowed to have access to that forum.
