Lee Giobbie - better than Ray Epps

Here is someone who actually led the Trump mob of supporters. What sentence should he receive ?


Lee Giobbie was arrested Tuesday and charged with several federal crimes, including felony charges of civil disorder and obstruction of an official proceeding.


Federal authorities alleged Giobbie yelled "move the gates!" over a bullhorn before the barricades on the east side of the Capitol were breached on Jan. 6, 2021. He was later recorded at the front of the mob yelling "push, push, push, push!” as it broke through another police line and then helped breach the Capitol, pushing through the east doors leading into the rotunda.


"We need something to break the door down!" Giobbie said, according to the FBI, which said open-source video also shows Giobbie pushing against a police shield during the chaos.

Facial recognition my ass. He was working for the FBI from the start, obviously under deep cover. Otherwise the sleuths over at Revolver News would have fingered him a long time ago.

They should throw the book at Giobbie. Epps did his best to keep the crowd from mauling law enforcement and never destroyed government property. That's the way a responsible FBI asset should act. Giobbie on the other hand obviously went over to the other side. He started thinking and acting like the Proud Boys he'd infiltrated. It's sad it took the FBI so long to give up one of its own.

I'm not sure he means that. Tiny isn't very good with walking the absurd line. I got the notion he was, . . . well, being ridiculous.

Epps and Giobbe were the tip of the iceberg. That crowd at the Capitol on January 6 was teaming with federal agents, federal assets and federal provocateurs. Hundreds of them. They may have outnumbered the civilians.

Take Stewart Rhodes for example. As Revolver has proven in its excellent expose, Rhodes was running the Oath Keepers on behalf of the United States government:

Yes, Rhodes received a sentence of 18 years, but who believes he'll actually serve it? He'll be onto the next assignment, with a new identity and facial plastic surgery, just as soon as the dust settles.

Among the notable others are Jacob Chansley, the QAnon Shaman, who was imbedded in the crowd by the Deep State to cast doubt on the sanity of Trump's strongest supporters. And Ashli Babbitt, rest her soul, killed by friendly fire.
