Important info that your fellow Hobbyists need to be aware of.
But, as has been pointed out many times in the past Providers are human also.
They have RL emergencies and issues just like the Hobbyists.
NCNS "reviews" or notices are supposed to be posted in the Co-Ed forum.
It informs the Hobbyists about the NCNS, but in Co-Ed the Provider has the opportunity to "tell her side" of the story.
I'm sure the Mods will move this to Co-Ed shortly.
