PH or Thai

I'm looking to plan a fun vacation next year and I would like to know what you guys think would be the best place for me to go for Play. Should I go to PH? Even with Duterte? Or should I head to Thailand? What would be the price difference? What about the quality of service? I've never been to either country.

I have been to both and really loved different things about them. In my opinion Thai girls will fuck ya and fuck ya but more as a hooker, Filipinas on the other hand will do the same but more like a g/f.
