Poor little Andy Cuomo. Just one failure after another. Casinos didn't bring in a big windfall (surprise surprise). All his closest aides are in prison or awaiting sentencing. People leaving the state in droves (hence the over $2 BILLION shortfall in sales taxes alone) thanks to HIS policies. All but legalizing infanticide. Now the desperation of wanting to legalize marijuana (of course with a 20% tax attached) and allow sports betting.
