Recommendation does not appear in review

I have 2 reviews for which the recommendations do not appear when I go my profile/reviews screen. Could you check this out for me? Thanks

Looks to me like you failed to use the template provided. That's probably why.

No idea why it is blank. It is not a big deal tho.. Anyone interested would just read the review, where recommendation does appear.
