I got a small Dungeon now, with many cool toys. Who wants to come learn, grow, become twisted??!!??!!

I will be able to offering training to both sexes for both roles... I will also consider rental to a select few.

Depending on size of the place and budget, you might consider adding some 3" fresnel adjustable stage lights from ebay at some point. They do get pretty hot from what I've read, but at 200 watts or so they would be usable for video or stills at around 800 ISO, and, of course, they are very dramatic.
