There are of posts on this subject all over this forum. Search is your friend.

I personally believe that GV is not for this world of ours as it is not anonymous. Others will disagree.

I will say that I have a GV # that I give out instead of my direct cell#. But I do not EVER use it for the hobby.

You can see google's official on what voice is.

You will still need an active phone and phone number because the voice will forward calls to and from your phone.

If you ask what you don't understand we can help out more. Try to use better grammar though
thought i was fairly clear about what i was asking...
of course i have tried google ask bing yahoo etc
havent been able to find info i was looking for
so i figured someone on here would probably know....
is there a way to specifically search this website for
posts about google voice??
just seemed convenient as one would be able to turn
it on and off at reasonable hours and not have to carry
two phones #IJS
I have googlevoice and once you get used to how it works, as with most things new, it gets easier as you go. If you are busy with a gentleman, just turn the volume down or off completely. There is an option when you have the app on your phone, the 'do not disturb' option.
