Wondering about TOFTT

I've been following the discussion on the thread under spa/massage reviews *****PLEASE READ ME***** . I checked out a new spa for the board and reviewed it to let everyone know it was legit. I didn't see any type of license anyway so I wasn't sure when I went to try it. Is this a violation of the rules? I honestly try to do the right thing on here and don't want to p**s anyone off. But the disscussion sounds like people don't like this type of review. Could you let me know how to handle this so I don't mess up. Thanks!
