I have a provider that wants to re-establish a account on ECCIE. She had a previous account but it's banned for no known reason except that I can see except she didn't post anything on it or fully develop it. She has tried to setup another account on various computers but has had no luck since it says you cannot register 2 or more accounts. How can I help her getting her account back so she can get it up and running? Please PM me if you need specific ECCIE name for her account.
