Walk-ons for Burgers, Seafood or most anything. Usually a wait
Yamagata's for Japanese Just off 82nd near Frankfort
Triple J's Chop House and Brew Pub Great food and Atmosphere In Depot area near downtown by Buddy Holly memorial

Every time I visit Lubbock I have to do Torchy's Tacos.

Heff's is hard to beat for hamburgers if you eat meet that is. It's the best combination of fast food and a homemade burger.
