So I'm considering making Ft. Worth my new home.

I need recommendations on areas of town-- what is good, what to avoid, etc. I've been checking out my options (and also noting my demand where I travel to) and I think Ft. Worth may end up being my new hobby home.

So-- suggestions on areas? What to avoid, etc? Greatly appreciated!!

Suggestions depend on what you're looking for. Buying or renting? How close to somewhere (downtown, Dallas, DFW, Arlington, etc.) do you want to be?

PMs are okay if you want to.
Oh this is strictly an incall. I own my own home, so I'm looking for a permanent incall location.

North Beach and 820 seems to be a high demand area. But the TRAFFIC IS A NIGHTMARE! 30 and Eastchase is okay area. It can be a little choppy sometimes. But it is a good location as far as travel and traffic.

Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions about FTW. I lived and provided in that area for along time.

Hugs.

Well, then, the market seems to be pretty well centered in the area around Loop 820 and North Beach Street, just east of I-35W in the north part of town. There are plenty of extended-stay places around that intersection, and plenty of apartments in that area, too.

My biggest problem with that area, aside from the fact that I'm a west-sider, is that traffic along I-35W and 820 can rival 635's at times, if not in volume then in pace and density. Your gentlemen callers will need to take that into consideration, and it's not a great location for someone whose time is limited.

I think the west side is underserved, but then again maybe it's just me and two other guys out here. There are a bunch of apartments off of Bryant Irvin Road, just south of the Trinity River, between I-20 and I-30, and convenient to both. I've visited a few ladies at various complexes in that area, and I think an L1 lady may have her incall around there now. Several complexes are located off of South Hulen just across the Hulen Street Bridge; they, too, would be convenient to both I-30 and I-20. Several extended-stay hotels are located in the I-20/Bryant Irvin area.
Beach is a sluim area, not the type of area you'd want your clients going to. Eastchase and 30 is much nicer and convenient to midcities too
What about the Forest Hill area? Can I get a heads up on that area? I'm trying to not end up in a slummy/crummy area

820 and beach is a bad area, a little more west at I-35 and western center has newer nice apartments and hotels. I live somewhat close to there but it would be tough for someone to get to from the east with traffic on 820.

Forest Hill.. Good and Not to Bad... It's just an older part of town..
I lived in the Ft worth/arlington area for 6yrs but now im in Houston....it is hard to get customers to Lancaster/820 for that fact anywhere on 820...very slummy as in Ghetto (nothing wrong with the Ghetto so no-one get there panties in a bunch cuz i used that word)but the closier to arlington or the the closier downtown you get is much better....clients feel safier....30/eastchase or off I35 is good tooo

To the OP's original question, I'd honestly recommend the 30 & Eastchase area. It's more centally located. Easy to get to Arlington, FtW, HEB, and South FtW. It's a nice area, and the traffic on 30 is not so bad. If you're looking for something more upscale, I'd head to the TCU area just a little south and west of downtown.

The Traffic on 35 and Western Center is HORRIBLE after 2 PM. It will be very hard to get to from 3-6. If you want Dallas Traffic then Far Western Arlington, and you are still closer than Dallas for us in Cowtown. Good Luck with it.
