The 2020 Presidential Election

Well, it's almost here! I'm going to make my prediction -
Trump versus Budicheck. With Trump winning another 4 years.

Anybody else?

Much too early. I assume you mean Buttigieg. He has a tall mountain to climb to get the Democratic nomination. Most polls have him with less than 10%, Again, I think you are biased because YOU like Buttigieg.

There are reasons to believe Trump will win. There are reasons to believe Trump will lose. Both Republicans and Democrats have reasons to be confident at this point in time.

Based upon what I'm seeing, the only person that can oust Trump is Bernie Sanders since his voting base is the most inclusive and diverse out of all other candidates.

Bernie's time was 4 years ago. Not sure of he'll have the same pull and charisma like he did.
Yes that's who I meant. I can't say his name either - no wonder he goes by Mayor Pete!

As if our elections meant jack shit!! Get rid of the electoral college, gerrymandering, and voter suppression then we can talk.

Prior to the election,Trump was very much against the electoral college.
I heard no complaints after.

Soon after the election, when Trump won the electoral vote but lost the popular vote, she posted a meme totally supporting the electoral college and condemning those that were complaining about Trump's victory.

Seems like it all depends which side of the fence one is on.

Speedracer,

I know you're the numbers guy but I have a feeling it's gonna be Mayor Pete for the dems. Honestly, all the others are just noise to me. I have no numbers to back this up.
It's just a sense I have. Just my little ole prediction. And I might be wrong but it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Ugh, now that song is stuck in my head..feelings..blah,blah..

I think it will be Trump vs Biden and will be too close to call. The main-stream Democrat has not gone so far left to nominate a Socialist yet. Bernie gets his support mostly from the kids that haven't yet experienced much of earning a living. But, most Democrats have and I believe they will chose a moderate like Biden (if he runs). With Biden, Bernie's fans will suck it in and vote a straight ticket, just to get Trump out. But, if they cheat Bernie, as they did with Hilary's Super Delegates, his base will stay home and Trump will win.

And you brought up the Super Delegates which I believe is such a sham -- one person, one vote. Didn't work very well in 2016.

Trump has already started his negative attacks on Biden, calling him a "low I.Q. individual" and "weak". Hopefully Biden and the other Democratic contenders take the high ground.
