Section Four requires the United States to protect each state from invasion, and, upon the application of the state legislature (or executive, if the legislature cannot be convened), from domestic violence.



Comment - the POTUS is charged with protection of the States from 'domestic violence' - but upon 'application' of the State legislature or executive. The DPST head goons would love to charge Trump with failure in this regard - but it is clear neither the West coast legislatures, nor governors, asked (made application) to Trump for assistance - indeed - they categorically refused - and preferred to let their states burn at the hands of DPST rioters .
does not mean Pelosi and her ilk won't try to use this - they will have to figure some hypocritical tangled way of rationalizing the Governors in order to make trump look guilty.



Look for an announcement about Nov 1 - before the election - as Pelosi will announce - 'We got Him"!!!
