Just want to put this out here to help people weed out scammers. What red flags are you able to spot?

75 in advance is the obvious red flag. No rules is another and a way to entice the monger to send 75 for confirmation

Definitively to pay on the "advance". No Rules and no clear location. Not to mention the cheap rates. Lol definitely gotta watch out.

That's true too! Sometimes I'll just say Texas and they say, "me too, where at in texas". Or I'll say, im in the same place you posted an ad, and then they won't say anything.
