Popular Houston bars/clubs to "pick-up" women

Hello,

I travel to Houston often but have not ventured out as much. I wanted to find out if there are some popular clubs/bars in the Galleria, River Oaks or Downtown areas that are recommended where it is relatively easier to find matured women (35 and above) to hang out and make friends with? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
