Leave Review button on Showcases and Profiles

It would be nice if a Leave Review button were placed on the Showcases and Profiles of providers. This would make it so the review automatically links to the correct lady, without any staff intervention. (You do a good job Mods, but it would be better to make it easier for you.) It could also autofill information with the most common answers, for example provider name, website, phone number, etc. This would make generating the review easier, as posters wouldn't have to look up the information, and possibly make errors entering the data during transcription.

Otherwise, can't say much about the board other than it and the Mods are great.

I think this is a great idea if it's possible! We could still do the non-ECCIE providers as we do now.
