What's up with the "change of branding" at Elite?

I was down on the South Side yesterday, and saw that the signs out front are changed from "Elite Tanning and Body Contouring" to "Elite Contouring by Chris". What's up with that? Did Chris finally buy the old lady out?

Oh - *that* Tara! I had seen her once, at All American. I was never able to connect with her after that.
