I recently moved back to Houston. Is Armando’s off westheimer/Kirby still going strong? Brassiere 19? Vic & Anthony’s on Kirby on Thursday nights? I see the Tasting Room in Uptown is gone. What new places opened like the places I mentioned? It also looks like there are very few providers in the Heights or inside the 610 loop.
