One girl was reporting on her Snapchat that they kept her phone for evidence no telling what she didn't delete or the case they're building. Not trying to panic people just sharing my perspective.

If the number's info gets out there or if you THINK it has, just throw the phone away, buy a new phone and get a new number. Buy the phone and airtime with CASH. An alternative: Open a new Gmail account and enter false name info. Use that account to make a Google Voice account with a new Google Voice number. However, using this method, you'll need to download the Google Voice app on your phone (which COULD be tracked via your computer/phone's IP Address when you make the account, so do this at your own risk. This is for those who don't want to buy a second phone and airtime).
