I think with all the non-stop going that I did this weekend. I actually sit down to relax and I am bored.

So has anyone ever noticed that at a really good part of a movie the music that is being used?

Which is your all time lyric/scene combination?

Mine of course would be the ending to Dirty Dancing.

I like the Rocky Theme song.

Red Vine Liquorish.
The church music while Michael Corleone is at a baptism and the movie is switching back and forth from the baptism scene to all the other family mafia heads getting whacked while he professes his faith in God...

Raisinets!

well i'm a huge movie and music guy, who owns tons of soundtracks...

i could put hundreds of examples of scenes where the music and imagery move me.

but since this is an escorting website, i'll mention the obvious.
Risky Business, the use of Tangerine Dream's Love on a Real Train
The Dear Hunter >

Everyone singing the Diana Ross song in the Pennsylvania bar /
fade to Vietnam, helicopter sounds swooping in at treetop level /
DeNiro torching Viet Cong with a flame thrower in firefight

Love the scene in Apocalypse Now where the helicopters are attacking the beach to the Ride of the Valkyries by Wagner

I think anything with Michael Mann works, like the endings to Heat or Miami Vice.

Some of the spaghetti westerns like The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly had great music.

I've never so willingly opened myself up to public ridicule, but here goes:

The final scene in The Way We Were. Hubble crosses the street to see Katie, when he says "I can't" and she says "I know." Streisand singing "Memories" in the background. If you've never seen this flick, I might have just spoiled it for you, but there it is.

Sorry I couldn't come up with something macho, but I think it's hard to beat this for a "lyric/scene" combo that stirs strong emotions.
