Yes we women get the equivalent of blue balls - it's called a purple pelvis.

It is not pleasant. I get downright mean if I'm not getting laid because it hurts. I'm lucky because I don't PMS ever. But I do I get super hangry (horny/angry) if my needs are not being taken care of.
