Helping a provider

I have seen "amber hskper" multiple times and reviewed her on ASPD several times. I told her about this place a few weeks ago and I see she has registered. When we spoke yesterday she said she is having a hard time getting provider status. She said she did not have any reviews but I see where I had moved one over from ASPD. It was posted on 1-5-10. Can you tell me who she should contact for provider status? I did see her a few weeks ago but did not post a review since I had moved one over from ASPD earlier this month. If a new review would help let me know and I will post it. Her handle at ASPD was "Amber_1".
