Saw a younger wsw walking down colonial towards Elsie fay. She looked to be early 20's , brunette hair , nice boobs, and almost tgtbt. I circled back around to see her again and she jumped in another car . Came back later and she was walking again arguing with some young guy. Anyone else seen or picked her up?
