I only have 1handle. It keeps telling me to wait 15 minutes and try again. Abd when I do so it onky lets me use Melissa 01 not Melissa Madyson. What can I do to fix this??

I am locked out of eccie on my laotop and my cell phone. I cleared all my cashe and cookies and browsing history and it now won't let me in again unless I use Melissa01 which was my old handle. We changed it to Melissa Madyson several months ago. This is the only place it still has me logged in as Melissa Madyson. And this is my tablet.. I only have 1handle. It keeps telling me to wait 15 minutes and try again. Abd when I do so it onky lets me use Melissa 01 not Melissa Madyson. What can I do to fix this??
