email links are busted

Been trying to get acct deactivated for several weeks. No response or email comes back undeliverable. Please resolve. Thanks.

If your email account is with Yahoo, there have been a number of reported incidents of emails to and from this site not reaching Yahoo email accounts. Also, AOL is known to block emails to and from this site.
