RTM it and explain your concerns.

If you start thread, add a link to the thing that you have an issue with. It makes things easier for the staff to figure out what you are complaining about.

I suggest giving the staff at least 48 hours to approve a review.

It may take several minutes, several hours, or even a day or two to get to reviews that need to be processed. It all depends on timing, schedules and the site being up or down.
