Is ECCIE weak in MN ?

Hello, All I'm here.

I'm a Chinese masseuse base in Minneapolis.

Is ECCIE regional.In Minneapolis, ECCIE seems not widely used

Also, I have a question.How can I create an ad on Eccie, How is this going to work?

Any help will be appreciated it

Eccie strongest base is Texas, but it spreads out from there. Eccie is pretty weak up north & Midwest. Iowa may be it's one strong spot.
