Female Condoms

Who has had experience with female condoms. Any info would appreciated. expense, convenience, hygiene, sensation (male and female), lubrication, preferences, pros and cons, etc.

I have viewed YouTube demos on how they are inserted into fake vaginas, but that's about all.

This interests me as well. Check out some porn that gives a demonstration.

Personally I think they cover up too much of a beautiful thing and get in the way of DATY. Otherwise I have enjoyed them on other occasions especially during doubles, I didn't have to stop to change a condom.

I have some experience with female condoms. I agree with greyghost48, they would be good for doubles. Lubricating the inside is a good idea. Some gents, when it comes time to cover up, the 'little guy' puts on a protest and takes a nap. So a female condom is a good option.

I prefer regular condoms because I have found female condoms are not good in certain positions.

PDog, I was turned on to female condoms by providers in Austin. I went from never having heard of such a thing, to them being my favorite means of coverage. I would say they are no more/no less convenient than male condoms, they are hygienic, they interfere less with sensations I'm feeling, lube can be used on me or inside the female condom, never had one break. Im not a huge fan of them, they can be a bit annoying/irritating to my bits. That said, they are great for duos.

I have used them multiple times with multiple providers. I enjoy them. Closest sensation to bareback I've found thus far in the hobby. Ladies reactions have ranged from "Wow!!! I love them" to "They were okay... I did it mostly because the guy asked for it.

I will say.. one advantage over standard condoms. .. when you come... it really feels like you're creampie'ing the lady.

Yes, installing the FC2 in can be..."tricky"..in my case I had a girlfriend that used a diaphragm for BC so helping her put it in was part of the foreplay. I've had no complaints about my ability to help the lady get things properly installed.

I LIKE THEM!! Sometimes I feel like the Johnny Appleseed of FC2, as many ladies as I've introduced to this wonderful invention.

For those of us with an occasional case of condomitis, they are great! As Greyghost said, with doubles, it is beyond comparison how it simplifies things. And insertion can be fun, if both parties are willing (and gentle). Although they are pre-lubed, I find a few drops of good lube (I use Wicked Aqua) on the inside before insertion is helpful.

But, they are not for every lady; most will tolerate them, though they do cause reduced sensation for them. For the ladies that get super-sensitive after an orgasm, they tell me they are better as they can better tolerate the man to keep going and extend their sensations.

As in all things in life, to each his and her own. If a lady doesn't want to use them, I certainly understand and will comply (that would be you Danielle, if I ever get the privilege to see you!).
