I saw Cici in downtown Troy last October. It was a rainy night around 8pm. She took me in, I got undressed. She gave a great massage, and let me touch her, but no undressing. She took a couple of phone calls, and even sent someone away at the door.On the flip, she gave a great HE, but I couldn't make the magic happen. I asked if she would get naked, and even do more with me, and she said no. So I got dressed, thanked her, and tipped her well. Now here's the weird part. While I was leaving, she gave me a hug, help up ten fingers, and told me to come back at 10pm. I asked her if she wanted me to come back, and she said yes. I left, but when I got in the car I was done. I wasn't going back. I figured if she was going to give me more, the time to do that was when I was there and ready for it. So that was my encounter with Cici.
