Call your local veterinarian or spca and they should be able to give you information for affordable/free care.
At the very least they should be able to direct you to where you can get said help.
Also, a LOT of places will offer payment plans depending on the level of care needed.

I've done all this and people want to act like I have to wait to see if my baby starts dying. Its real F'D up!!
